Using LyX with X-Win32

Hello,

I just received a message from a fellow french LyX user, about LyX and
the X-Win32 X server for NT. From what he says, all that is needed to
make it work is, in X-Util32, to

- set 'Options / Backing store' to 'off'
- disable 'Colors / PseudoColor supported in true color mode'
