I think this is a prime example of a documentation problem. While
updating the docs for the slides class, I noticed that we really don't
have any detailed documentation for the letter class. While Amir's
fine work provides an excellent tutorial, it's only that: a tutorial,
not complete documentation. Things such as use with letterhead
stationary is important. We need detailed instructions and better
templates.
