Thanks. I added you patch to the cvs tree (with a few changes). Note
however, that the splash.lyx file will have to be reworked (I changed
a few cosmetic things there too). Could somebody have a look at that
(Amir?). Otherwise, we'll have to remove the feature for 1.0.1, since
an incomplete document is IMO worse than no document at all.
