We already had some patches submitted by Edmar Wienskoski Jr.
<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, which were not included at the time
since 1.0.0 was imminent. Now that we are looking for 1.0.1, it is
probably a good time to apply them. This patch adds support for
having explicit chunks and running noweb automatically.
Since this will need to be documented correctly if we add it, you
might want to contact Edmar and see with him what should be done. I
still have the patch handy of you are interested.
