With dev13c NO_TITLE:TRUE set the row above the bottom "status" line (in
ADVANCED user mode) is always blank (regular 80 x 25 getty terminal).
I just went to fiddle with the user mode settings in 'O'ptions and find
that this row doesn't seem to redraw either. If I select NOVICE mode and
'A'ccept, I have
VI keys :[ON_]
in the row above the "reporting line" for the duration of the session.
However, in INTERMEDIATE mode, this does not occur.
