I'd meant to make it NO_MARGINS and NO_TITLE, since that is more consistent
with the other variables in lynx.cfg (though of course inconsistent with
the command-line options). Did this in
ftp://invisible-island.net/temp/lynx2.8.6dev.13b.patch.gz
along with a fix for the stdin issue.
