Hi there,

I'm sending two patches that include the last fixes for 0.9 I'd like to
see in there. They both can be found in the last-fixes-for-0.9 branch
in my github, <https://github.com/chris-se/lxc/tree/last-fixes-for-0.9>

The first one fixes a smaller issue I had with lxc-shutdown when run
from a non-interactive env. A lot of testing went into that (with both
bash and Debian's dash), so I think that now finally works properly
(but is even more hackish than before, we really should make multiple
lxc-wait possible). Further explanations you can find in the commit
message.

The second one is the discussed change to environment variables and
lxc-attach. It introduces both --keep-env and --clear-env; --keep-env
is the default behaviour but there is information in the --help message
and the man page that this will likely change in future versions.
