This change was discussed a few weeks ago on this list and suggested by
me with approval at the time by both Dwight and Serge who are both
active lxc contributors.

I haven't reviewed Dwight's implementation yet but will very soon and
expect to have this landed later this week.

The reason for the change is that /etc/lxc/lxc.conf was a mistake I made
earlier, we shouldn't have called it this when merged upstream and it's
now going to cause a great deal of confusion as we'll be introducing
other system wide configuration files.

As such we decided to rename /etc/lxc/lxc.conf to /etc/lxc/default.conf
as soon as possible, to minimize the impact on our users. Distributions
will easily be able to transition from one to the other as we're not
changing the file format at this point.

0.9.alpha3 will also see the introduction of the "real"
/etc/lxc/lxc.conf which will contain system wide settings for the lxc tools.

Note that as far as I'm aware, no official release of LXC contain
/etc/lxc/lxc.conf at this point as it was introduced early in the 0.9
cycle and so renaming it will only affect alpha users.
