And rejecting perfectly good sender which is not in any block
lists, with good reputation, at MAIL FROM stage "due to anti-spam
policies" is yet another non-smart move.  I understand this is
different people.

Note that rejecting at MAIL FROM stage means, for example,
that we can't send email to postmaster to notify them that
their anti-spam policies are stupid.
