I have enjoyed the few on-line meets I have watched, so I'd like the
flexibility of watching on-line when I can to continue if that's not
too difficult. I gather I'm not alone here.

Just to elaborate briefly on the notion of a hybrid meeting: Picture an
in-person venue where those who are provably vaccinated and willingly
assume risk can gather. In the room is a large monitor with speakers
and a quality microphone (I use one of these:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0779PKLV9/ ). Those are connected to
a computer running a Jitsi Meet conference, set to displqy in Gallery
,Mode. The presenter might be among the remote online participants, or
might be at the in-person venue.

I've had modestly good success with those. "Hybrid" meetings are
definitely a different duck from either all-online or all-in-person
meetings, and maintaining fruitful interaction between the two groups of
attendees is awkward and requires some care and diligence. Using good
speakers and microphone helps.

Thanks Rick.

I's not ideal, but allows more of us to join in, maybe.

So microphones off and questions are typed into the notes bit of jitsi. A moderator asks questions when appropriate, mostly at the end.
