Just my 2.2 cents:

Sogo looks cool. But it is not easy at all to configure, at least last
time I tried (1+yr ago). I did manage to get it to work once, but only
as a play thing, and it was ok. Next time I tried again to
install/configure, it was too hard and I gave up, due to lack of time. I
do also remember that it had moved from version 1 to 2 the second time,
which meant a few things had changed from earlier. So unless there are
recent deb or rpm packages, and is more stable, it will take some effort.

And if someone else has had success recently, I'd like to know as well.
