For simple, short and quick note taking (eg. Shopping list), in Android
apps, I have been using one called Simple Notepad. I find it's UI much
easier to use than Google Keep. It's a local app, not cloud-based, but it
has import/export function. And being text-based, it can be shared with
other apps easily.

For longer doc as you mentioned, i thought Google doc  would be pretty
good?  It should have most of the features you require, and It also has
offline mode nowadays.
