Yes, Lubuntu's wallpapers are part of the lubuntu-artwork package. But
if you want to know where they are once installed the path is this:

/usr/share/lubuntu/wallpapers

Also there's a wallpaper repository on pinterest.com/lubuntu/

as you can read on the official site http://lubuntu.me
