Dear Lubuntu List, Has anybody else been having startup problems recently? I am dual-booting Lubuntu 16.04 (x64) on a relatively new ultrabook with Windows 10.
I have been noting that my Windows 10 partition consistently boots up faster than Lubuntu, but even more disturbingly, there have been occasions where after booting up the Lubuntu partition, my screen never displays the password-entry prompt and remains blank for nearly a minute. In this scenario, more often than not, I have to force a reboot of my system to get the Lubuntu partition to boot. Any suggestions? Benjamin
