Did you guys tested if the workaround works good when back from hibernate mode?
I have not applied this workaround because I have a 13.04 -> 13.10 system... xscreensaver still works. But my screen is completely black when I turn the computer after an hibernation. I need to Ctrl + Alt + F7 to get back! 2013/11/17 Nio Wiklund <nio.wikl...@gmail.com> > It works for me too :-) > > Best regards > Nio > > On 2013-11-15 04:40, Iberê Fernandes wrote: > > Lubuntu-qa and Lubuntu-users, > > > > Please, I invite you to test the patch described below. > > > > I've just tested on a saucy fresh installation and the patch worked fine. > > > > It'd be nice if at least one more person could test it for sanity check. > > > > https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/lightdm/+bug/1205384 > > > > Best regards, > > Iberê > > > > > > > > ---------- Forwarded message ---------- > > From: Julien Lavergne <julien.laver...@gmail.com> > > Date: 2013/11/14 > > Subject: [Bug 1205384] Re: Lock can be circumvented by switching to > console > > To: ibere.fernan...@gmail.com > > > > > > A fixed package will be available in https://launchpad.net/~lubuntu- > > dev/+archive/staging > > > > The fix is based on the script Jarno Suni submitted.
