Yes, Federico. That issue at AskUbuntu is similar, but unfortunately there is no reply or solution yet. I will have a second look at it. And maybe the problem will disappear, when I upgrade the OBI from the present 13.04 version to 13.10.
The system behind the OBI was make with the 13.04 mini.iso, and can be managed with apt-get and other command line tools. You can test that too, if you like, and try to repair it with e2fsck -f. You can even install lubuntu-core or lubuntu-desktop if the USB drive is big enough and integrate a graphical desktop environment with the OBI. But obviously, more RAM will be necessary for it to work properly.
