I am afraid the 3 people you have mentioned can not do anything. At least,
all of them are aware of this, specially Julien and as long as the issue is
alive, it means either someone can't fix it or he is happy about it or he
would care less whether it got fixed or not.

Phill has tried a lot - check the emails I sent or the Public Archive but
he reached to a dead end and decided to leave it and never talk about it. I
know because I have discussed that with Phill many times.
