You are very correct, and as a correction we are proposing the following two changes §7.2 OLD: This document creates the following sub-TLV Registry NEW: This document creates the following sub-TLV Registry under the "IS-IS TLV Codepoints" grouping §7.3 OLD: This document also requests IANA to create a new registry for assigning Flag bits advertised in the Flags sub-TLV.
