Hi Authors, This isn't a full review of your document, however, I was looking at it and noticed that in the IANA section, you create two registries with the "expert review" policy. RFC 8126 says that you need to provide guidance to the designated experts for such registries. If you plan on having these registries grouped under https://www.iana.org/assignments/isis-tlv-codepoints/isis-tlv-codepoints.xhtml then you will be covered since there is blanket guidance for all registries in that group, but then you should mention in your IANA section that you want them grouped there.
