Well I am not talking about PE-PE anything here. I am talking about
interested PEs setting such directed IGP sessions to ABRs who have the
information. And that can be just your local area ABRs if those will in
turn create similar sessions to "other side" area0 ABRs - endorsing
hierarchical design. Or it can be target area ABRs too. After all, the
number of ABRs in any network is usually not big.

Now obviously it would be pretty stupid to request anyone to do it by
confguration (regardless if this would be manual or automated). However,
injecting info indicating that capability of ABR in a given area and
allowing to simply apply encapsulation from PE to ABR with zero cfg seems
to be pretty trivial to accomplish.

And the reason I mentioned TCP was to avoid such encap.
