Wagner, Se a resposta certa num sei (troubleshoot é uma coisa que depende muito do contexto, nesse caso aqui fica muito genérico), mas que essa é uma das possibilidades (inclusive pra recuperar senha do ROOT, pra quem não sabia) é verdade.
