Para mudar a "priority of a running process", para mim, o
"utility" é o renice. Se alguém consegue fazer isso com nice, por
favor, me ensine. Eu não acredito em provas, mas se tem que ser nice a
resposta, IMHO, tem que se trocar a pergunta.
