Well, in my opinion askubuntu is the better and more vibrant community of both new & power users, aspiring and advanced developers. Furthermore the stackexchange platfrom with meta - is great. And it's easy for relevant developers to spot upvoted unanswered questions, or answers "we do not have that yet". The tags on that site are awesome.
