Where can designs be submitted and where can feedback be given? It's my understanding that the design team doesn't use http://spreadubuntu.org to track either their own designs or community materials. I could submit the news to the Ubuntu deviantArt group, but I don't want them to spend time making materials that are just going to get thrown away again.
