It costs about 0.70€ per printed DVD (quantity over 100) to get your own
DVDs.
In addition, you can translate and print the Ubuntu Manual,
http://ubuntu-manual.org/ (about 140 pages).
I do not know about book printing costs.
Then, in exchange for a donation, you can give the printed manual plus DVD.
Alternatively, you can get a local book publisher to print the book and
sell it with the DVD.
