Laura, I respectfully disagree. And, I am particularly troubled by your tone, which feels condescending and combatative. Not at all what I'd expect from a leader in Ubuntu in response to a simple administrative request. Placement on loco.ubuntu.com is a means to get a team visibility that they can't get otherwise, a way to show the world that Ubuntu is a growing project, and a 2-minute exercise, at most.
I'm not going to argue, nor will I pursue this matter with you any further. It's a waste of time that is better spent on helping people that want Ubuntu to succeed to become successful and enthusiastic again.
