One thing we have started to do as a team is contact local libraries in
hopes of them, at minimum, keeping the most recent copies of Ubuntu
available to check out.
I have been successful in my town in getting all the local libraries to
carry Ubuntu CD's. As a LoCo team, we are campaigning for each of our
team member to do something similar in their towns as well. Once we
have a good foothold on the state, we plan on doing a press release
mentioning the libraries by name, and publishing the locations on the
wiki and our website.

Hope that helps :)
