Let me be clear here - the LoCo Logo would be a generic project logo for
the Ubuntu LoCo project. I would fully expect each LoCo team to have
their own LoCo logos too. :)
The generic logo I am talking about would be used:
* on the main LoCo website
* used to represent the LoCo project as a whole in press related things
* used for buttons such as "Approved LoCo Team" buttons and "Part of
the Ubuntu LoCo Project" buttons.
