Right now, I'm just trying to sync our tree with what's in Apple GCC 4.2's TOT. My guess is that if we don't remove some directories, we will probably run into situations where the Makefiles will start to build then even though we told them not to.
I really don't have a strong opinions. For instance, we could keep it in the repository and then ignore it like we do libstdc++-v3 (which is also removed in their TOT).
