Just tested this again on 9.5beta1. I get the following error when I try
to commit a change in QGIS through TinyOWS:

Errors: ERROR: 1 geometries not changed.
Provider errors:
WFS exception report (code=InvalidParameterValue text=Operation
parameter must be set)
