DEBUG_WX selects PTDUMP_CORE without even ensuring that the given platform implements GENERIC_PTDUMP. This problem has been latent until now, as all the platforms subscribing ARCH_HAS_DEBUG_WX also subscribe GENERIC_PTDUMP.
