[linux] mutt and pgp

My PGP setup is likely quite old now and I know that things have changed
somewhat. When I open an email in mutt it hangs for a while as gnupg tries to
import the public key in question. How do you have your gnupg config set up now?

I went online and looked for information on integrating mutt and pgp and all of
the information seemed quite old, and out of date.
