That's what it looked like to me too ... but there are still some
old versions of "lsusb" floating around, which don't even try to
dump the device qualifier.

If both those descriptor dumps were made on the same system, and
hence same "lsusb" binary, then it would seem clear that the issue
is just that the Samsung device won't run at high speed.
