I don't think so.
OCS field can be updated regardless of fatal error.
As mentioned previously, your implementations are gathering all errors into 
'ufshcd_fatal_err_handler'.
It means that non-fatal error is also handled and if any OCS value, host reset 
will be reserved.

I feel like 8.3.2 of spec. makes it difficult to identifying 'device fatal 
error' with a fatal UIC error.
