Hello folks,
I would like to set up a new Linux server with 8 IDE high capacity
drives.
They could both be managed on RAID-5 or direct access.
I got a look at www.lhd.datapower.com and I got several controllers
but no one claiming to handle more than 4 drives or being able
to share the bus together with an additional controller.
Is anyone having experience setting up a Linux server with
more than 4 IDE drives ?
