Copy main functions of kvfree_rcu() from the kernel/rcu/tree.c
to the slab_common.c file. In order to prevent a compiler warnings
about defined but not used functions, below ones:

run_page_cache_worker()
fill_page_cache_func()
kfree_rcu_monitor()
kfree_rcu_work()
drain_page_cache()

are temporary marked as "__maybe_unused" in the slab_common.c file.
