Hey Ulf, I *think* I've narrowed this down to 6024e16654c1e1a2475e848d735963d05a12dba9 ("mmc: dw_mmc: set to MMC_CAP_ERASE by default"). Its fairly sporadic so I may be seeing this as a false positive, but after reverting that patch I've seemingly stopped seeing the issue. Anyway, I'll do some further testing tomorrow w/ that removed. Usually I see the issue 1-2 times an hour, so if I go the day w/o a problem I'll let you know. Zhangfei/Guodong: Any ideas as to why ERASE might cause trouble on HiKey? thanks -john
