call with FUTEX_WAIT | FUTEX_CLOCK_REALTIME from returning -ENOSYS, to be
equivalent to FUTEX_WAIT_BITSET | FUTEX_CLOCK_REALTIME with a bitset of
FUTEX_BITSET_MATCH_ANY.
