These changes are small and one fixes a moderately significant bug. They have been in linux-next for a while without issue. The following changes since commit 8005c49d9aea74d382f474ce11afbbc7d7130bec: Linux 4.4-rc1 (2015-11-15 17:00:27 -0800) are available in the git repository at: git://git.code.sf.net/p/openipmi/linux-ipmi tags/for-linus-4.4 for you to fetch changes up to c7f42c63901b964833eb23a9bda873b799e7f308: ipmi watchdog : add panic_wdt_timeout parameter (2015-11-16 06:28:43 -0600) ---------------------------------------------------------------- ome fixes for small IPMI problems. The most significant is that the driver wasn't starting the timer for some messages, which would result in problems if that message failed for some reason. The others are small optimizations or making things a little neater. ---------------------------------------------------------------- Corey Minyard (2): ipmi: Start the timer and thread on internal msgs ipmi: Stop the timer immediately if idle Jean-Yves Faye (1): ipmi watchdog : add panic_wdt_timeout parameter Luis de Bethencourt (1): char: ipmi: Move MODULE_DEVICE_TABLE() to follow struct Documentation/IPMI.txt | 7 +++- drivers/char/ipmi/ipmi_si_intf.c | 82 +++++++++++++++++++++++++-------------- drivers/char/ipmi/ipmi_watchdog.c | 8 +++- 3 files changed, 64 insertions(+), 33 deletions(-) -- To unsubscribe from this list: send the line "unsubscribe linux-kernel" in the body of a message to majord...@vger.kernel.org More majordomo info at http://vger.kernel.org/majordomo-info.html Please read the FAQ at http://www.tux.org/lkml/
