Currently the system is using IRQ5 for the NE card since I specified it as ISA
in BIOS. Therefore the BIOS has chosen IRQ9, IRQ10 & IRQ11 for internal use.
currently running a UP kernel w/IO_APIC enabled, can switch back to SMP if needed.
