[LIH] D815EEAA - Sound Problem

Hi,     I have a Intel 815EEAA motherboard with Soundmax (onboard). "sndconfig" recognises it as i810 . There is absolute silence when I try to play a cd.    Can any one guide me to configure the same?     I have Redhat 7.0 installed.
