Sorry for the delay . and thank you for your answer, she had the card but she 
didn't open the account yet. 


She tried with the card reader without the exe,  with OpenSC and libccid 
already installed but couldn't continue past the download exe file.

I know the card can read rav kav data , installing rav-kav-online does allow 
https://ravkavonline.co.il[1] to read the content of the card .

There must be some way to go to the next stage after download the exe file I 
could to continue the registration.

I'll try some wine tricks before a windows machine :) hopefull I would be able 
to overcome it.

p.s. I did get that card reader for rav kav ages ago for something like 10 NIS.
