Am I right? As far as I know the state letters come from the third field in the /proc/<pid>/stat file. A more verbose version of this field appears in the /proc/<pid>/status file (look for 'State:'). According to task_state_array[] (fs/proc/array.c in the kernel sources) 't' translates into "tracing stop", while 'T' is just "stopped". baruch -- http://baruch.siach.name/blog/ ~. .~ Tk Open Systems =}------------------------------------------------ooO--U--Ooo------------{= - bar...@tkos.co.il - tel: +972.2.679.5364, http://www.tkos.co.il - _______________________________________________ Linux-il mailing list Linux-il@cs.huji.ac.il http://mailman.cs.huji.ac.il/mailman/listinfo/linux-il
