I haven't bought a laptop from them, but I'll second the recommendation of them as a retailer. I purchased some oddball RAM from them, and one of the modules was throwing errors like crazy. Not only were they the cheapest for the particular thing I needed, their customer service was easy to deal with and quick to replace the bad RAM.
