Hiya, My parents are leaving the country and are trying to close their Netvision account. I tried making phone calls when I was there last month, and my mother tried just this week, and all they get is a string of people pleading with them to keep the account. Would they like to transfer it to their new place? No, they are moving to England. Would they like to pass it on to someone else? No, we don't live there either. How about if we lower the rate? How about if we throw in a free subscription to ....? Upgrade the data rate?
Ideally, I'd like a URL I can visit and enter some information and get a big "are you sure you want to close this account" button. Second choice would be a secret phone number or email address where I can say "please close this account" and they will say "ok, done". Advice?
