Leumi's site used to work very well with Mozilla. Then, one day they decided they want a "cooler" site (which basically, does nothing any better than their old site, but slightly differently). This new site doesn't work with Mozilla, I have no idea why, but they made it very clear to me that they don't give a rat's ass about fixing this, despite knowing the problem. I threatened my banker that they are going to lose my business. She was very upset, but said that she didn't know what to do to help me - she didn't even know what "Internet Explorer" was (though she sounded interested when I told her what free software was). Understandably, Leumi bankers know their way in the economy and the stock market, but nothing about computers.
