I have negative experience with Discount bank and Leumi. Discount is especially difficult to hack, and doesn't even work on IE under wine. Also, discount (according to my experience) is worse as a bank in general. I recently moved from Discount to Otsar Hahayal. There are other "Po'alim Group" banks that share Poalim's web interface such as Otsar Ha'hayal and others.
