A. a software based vbox will give you more features. for example - if you 
recevie many vmails, then the ability to archive them to a CD would probably 
be a killer.
B. in addition to the measly 4.32 NIS a month for having the vbox 
functionality turned on, Bezeq will charge you normal local rates for every 
call to the vbox system - those are usually much longer then the actuall 
recordings as it takes some time to navigate the IVR menus. also - if you use 
the feature of dialing back to the person who left you the message, directly 
from the vbox then Bezeq will charge you twice - once for the vbox access and 
once for the person-to-person call :-)
If you get many vmails, then this can easily add up to a lot of money..
