No it's not. It's 731797504 bytes, which are 698MiB, less than the
maximum of 700MiB which is the maximum of modern burners/media. Are
you sure you used 700MB media? Note that I did not try burning
mandrake 9.2, but I did burn other iso images which were almost 700MiB
(e.g. latest knoppix is 733929472 bytes = 699.93 MiB).
I just tried another one, with the same problem. This time, I can even easily see that there is a good couple of mm of empty space at the edge of the disk, and yet it gives an IO error. Could it just be these cheapo disks?
Thanks,
Ephraim

Shalom Efraim, Your problem awoke my curiosity, so I tried to burn the new mdk9.2.iso CD2 with K3b and Eroaster, and encountered the same IO error. On Eroaster it said that it needed a CD of 800MB?. By the way, I burned the first version on mandrake9.2 with no problems, so did I burn mandrake10.0-beta1.iso without any problems. I'm trying to find out the answer to this problem. Being a member of MandrakeClub I will refer a question to the group.
Best Regards,
Pinchas
