Not sure about that one. It works for me. As for the file. For some
reason, some time it worked ok and some time I would get junk.
Saving the new file once, then closing kile and reopening it and the
file and the saving the hebrew seemed to solve the problem. Seems like
its not always sure as to the file's encoding. Looks like you are able
to set it though on the bottom left part of the window.
